Here’s some different WordPress Plugins that automatically convert URLs into clickable links without your having to do the extra work of selecting the text of every link and turning it into a clickable link, if you know what I mean.
In other words, you should be able to just type (or copy/paste) a URL while you’re typing in a post, like https://djchuang.com/about and have it be clickable, without having to select that text and then click on the link icon with your mouse (or Ctrl-K on the keyboard). Here’s plugins I’ve found that can automatically make typed URLs into clickable links.
