got to meet philkim.com in person for the first time last weekend, had a wonderful dinner at a C-rated restaurant in Monterey Park, never been to a place like that before.. Phil’s a guy that I was IM’ing with while he was waiting the baby to come, and we ended that IM when his wife, the mother, was ready to deliver 🙂 Met the mommy at dinner, she didn’t flinch at the story, so it wasn’t so bad. 🙂 sorta amazing to see the reaction on people’s faces when I say that I’ve got virtual friendships across the country, and we’ve corresponded for years, but hadn’t met in person. I suppose that for many people, they can only relate to others in person… not there’s anything wrong with that.
