Faith without church

fascinating article – A Churchless Faith by Alan Jamieson, which I think would be bookworthy, given the bland spectrum of topics in the published world; this topic would be worth exploration beyond a sample of 100 interviews, from which Jamieson observed 4 categories:: Displaced Followers, Reflective Exiles, Transitional Explorers, Integrated Way-finders.. the theme to be learned from their departure and/or transition from traditional church is to acknowledge the institutionalism is quelching their voices of faith, that they still do cling to, and that faith is perhaps supposed to be more adventuresome and exhilirating rather than predictable, safe, and routine..
