From my vantage point, AOL is still wrestling through the challenges to find a profitable way out amidst the dial-up to broadband transition. Others say that it can take as long as 45 minutes to cancel an AOL account.

AOL does need help and the sad thing is that AOL has always been this way. To cancel AOL, you need to remain strong and vigilant.
