We attempted to reconvene the Lynchburg Emergent Cohort today, at Hard Times Cafe in College Park, Maryland, and it wasn’t quite the same without Will, Nick, and Aaron “thevoiz”.
So this one was re-dubbed the Hard Times Emergent Cohort, with Tony Sheng, Anthony “PostmodernNegro” Smith, Rod Garvin, Steve Knight, and Stephen “emergesque” Shields & his wife Beth. Photo and show notes (a massive list of links to stuff we talked about) are courtesy of Emergesque. Stephen beat us to the punch & blogged about it first, but his blog doesn’t have trackback. 
The remnant (Steve, Anthony, and I) hung out the rest of the day, and took in a movie, which could have been called: Batman Redeemed! (or, as one of the guys put it: they’ve deconstructed it and put it back together!)

I’m still waiting to see you mix and scratch some records, but I guess I’ll have to wait until the next trip to D.C. You’re cool peoples, and we have to follow through on the project we all discussed. I can’t write about here, because you never know who might be reading this
