well spent

The weekend is now over, and we’ve received an overwhelming positive response and feedback to the success of the event! I am so totally spent, and perhaps well spent. Served and worked out of parts of me that I didn’t know I had, and people engaged with one another, and I get the sense that a few will even take and run with their project ideas and run with it. (One of the main part of the Forum was a total of 8 hours of interactive breakout sessions with high intensity interaction and dialogue, to develop strategic plans for addressing a leadership need in the Asian American community.. phenomenal presentations and incredible ideas!) But the main point was not the project ideas themselves, it was the relationships that were forged and the behaviors and skills that were practiced through the intense interaction.

Thank you my fellow bloggers for your prayers and intercession! God showed up in a big way, we were able to do far more than we can do on our own, and we think we’re onto something… several consultants spoke very affirmingly of how things were done, and the vision we have, and when they said that to me, it made me feel very warm inside.
