Gave a talk tonight at TYF to about 100 Asian American high schoolers, about how following Jesus = Becoming a Leader. Forgot to mention it to y’all before I went, partly b/c I was busy making preparations for it, as I had just under a week to get it ready. It’s been quite a while since I’ve done public speaking / preaching / teaching. I made it more interactive, and had very good attentiveness in the first half of the room; the back half of the room, not so much. I hope to post an MP3 audio of the talk online, so you can see how rusty I am

Yes, great leaders actually lead. Jesus was a true leader. All we have to do as leaders is follow him. Sometimes that means we have to be willing to be crucified. Sacry stuff.

I’d be very interested in seeing anything that you did. I just started teaching Transformational Leadership by Leighton Ford to the Senior High Sunday School class at my church. My cohort and I are also using Spiritual Leadership by Oswald Sanders.
Did use any resources in particular for you presentation?
